【08.06.14】Does Tik Speak English

I think the answer is yes since he has lots of fans all over the world.He has to promote his ENGLISH in order to negociate with fans.

I think he can speak English but fluently.  It's really hard to speak English fluently if you haven't been using it everyday.
  @6 m, J* G% JIn Thailand, English has been taught in school since the elementary school specially reading and writing.
